Shipping Policy:

We can ship your online “jitco.com.jo” orders within 48 hours from the order date, “jitco.com.jo” offers a free delivery service inside Amman for all orders above 100 JOD, otherwise orders inside Amman will be subject to non-refundable 3 JOD delivery fees and 5 JOD outside Amman.

Warranty Policy:

All products will be provided with one-year warranty right from the local agent/ distributor, since the local agent/ distributor hold the full responsibility in terms the product maintenance and spare parts.

JITCO is not responsible for the product warranty, maintenance and spare parts, but we will be happy to assist you and following up with the local agent/distributor if needed.

Refund Policy 

If the service was refundable, a refund request can be only made by email to [email protected] and a reply will be received from the same emails.

Refunds will take 2 weeks from date of request.
